This class is all about good vibes and great energy — an all-inclusive, non-competitive space where women of all ages, careers and walks of life come together. Rather than building choreography week to week, we’ll dive into one vibey, fully choreographed routine set to a medley of four Justin Timberlake tracks, blended into a smooth, feel-good flow. We’ll get moving for fitness, find our groove, and most importantly, have a laugh along the way.

It’s more than just a dance class — it’s a supportive environment where confidence grows, friendships form, and you get time out just for you. With a welcoming tribe and regular social events, the connection continues both on and off the dance floor.
