Meet Hanskies:
Vibin Dance Founder

Hanskies is the face, the fire and the feel-good force behind Vibin Dance in Lennox Head and East Ballina. What began as a small tribe of incredible, joy-filled women (and the magic of dance) has grown into a buzzing community built on movement, connection and seriously good vibes.

Vibin Dance is just as much theirs as it is hers.

She’s fun, creative, passionate — a little cheeky, a little sassy and brings a whole lot of energy. Her classes blend confidence, empowerment and feel-good fun, creating a space where you can sweat, slay and be completely yourself. Whether you’re brand new or seasoned on the floor, Hanskies brings the hype while making everyone feel welcome.

With over 30 years of dance experience (she started when she was barely two feet tall!), her background spans Competitive Cheerleading, Hip Hop, Commercial and Jazz. She’s danced at the Sydney Opera House alongside So You Think You Can Dance performers, competed nationally in cheerleading, coached, judged, performed at Dancing With The Stars, Byron Bay and even hit the stage at Splendour In The Grass.

But titles and stages aside — what lights her up most is community. Vibin Dance isn’t just a studio. It’s a space to feel strong, supported and a little bit unstoppable.

Creating spaces where joy, confidence and connection come alive through dance — and that’s been her vibe since day one!

Meet Miss Groves
Mini Vibies

Jess Groves has been dancing in this community since she was just five years old. Her passion led her to earn her dance teaching accreditation in her late teens, and she even had the incredible opportunity to perform at Disneyland in the U.S. and be accepted into the prestigious Young Americans Dance Company!

Today, Jess shares her love for dance as a teacher at Southern Cross Public School, where she choreographs school spectaculars and Year 6 Farewell performances.
As a proud mum of two, she’s taking her after-school dance sessions from the living room to the school hall—bringing her energy, experience, and love for movement to the ‘Mini Vibies’ tribe!

“I want to create a fun, stress-free environment where kids can fall in love with dance and technique—without the pressure! No makeup, no costumes, no concerts, no eisteddfods… just pure joy!” – Miss Groves

Meet Bronte
Heels & Contemporary

Bronte’s love for dance has flowed through more than 15 years of dedicated training, shaping not just her craft but her connection to movement as medicine. What began as a passion has evolved into a calling — to teach, to guide and to share the deep, transformative joy that dance can unlock within the body.

For Bronte, dance is more than choreography — it’s a portal. A way to express what words can’t quite hold. A way to explore emotion, release tension and gently regulate the nervous system through rhythm and breath. She believes in movement that feels good from the inside out — less about performance, more about presence. Less about perfection, more about permission.

Her classes invite you to soften, to expand, to reconnect. To fall in love with the way your body moves, rather than how it looks. With warmth and intention, Bronte creates space for people to unlock confidence, build trust in themselves and discover the quiet power that lives within their own rhythm.

Because when you move in a way that feels true — that’s where the magic happens.
