Weeks 1–2 – Technique, Balance & Commanding Walks
Weeks 3–4 – Fluidity, Control & Sensual Expression
Weeks 5–6 – Bold, Sassy & Saucy
We recommend wearing supportive heels or boots that provide good ankle support. Knee pads are also required for floor play.
